Generations not loading

We were experiencing a degraded performance as a result of which new generations did not load.

The issue has been resolved and we restored the product's functionality.

We were experiencing downtime from third-party services as a result of which some users cannot use Flowrite in the outreach mode.

The issue has been now resolved.

Issues with completing the onboarding

Some users are unable to complete the onboarding process as it's not possible to select a pricing plan.

We have identified the root cause and resolved the issue - users can proceed with the onboarding process without interruptions.
