In Flowrite© recirculating systems the heat exchanger is integral with the compressor in the cooling module. However, non-refrigerated heat exchangers can be purchased for applications where no refrigeration is required, usually where the lowest temperature required is +20°C above ambient.

Flowrite© Heat Exchanger systems may be manufactured as either air-cooled or water-cooled units:-
	Air-cooled (-A-) heat exchanger systems operate independently of external water sources, but require sufficient air circulation for optimal performance
	Liquid-cooled (-W-) heat exchanger systems have extended service lives and quiet operation

Standard features of these Flowrite© Heating Exchangers include:-
	Coolant temperature range from ambient to +100°C
	Front panel mounted controls that ensure ease of use
	Corrosion-resistant aluminum enclosure with removable panels and base mounted casters

Multiple options are available for Heat Exchange systems. Our most popular include alarm systems, Deionized Water, and special fluid compatibility. These options are fully integrated into the system thus ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
