Heating System - RPHE15-60

The Flowrite© Heating Systems RPHE15 through 60 have heating capacities from 1.5 kW to 6kW.

 

The standard features of each heating system include:-

EMO Safety interlock and shutdown system

Solid state temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1°C
 

with a digital readout to display setpoint / actual temperature

Corrosion-resistant aluminum enclosure with removable

 

panels and casters
 

Front panel controls ensure ease of use and include:-
 

Standard temperature gauge, supply pressure gauge, coolant flow meter (0.5 - 5 GPM), and power switch
 

Panel indicator lights monitor: -
 

Pumping and cooling modes, temperature, and pressure flow
 

Popular options for these models include alarm systems,
Ultra High Temperature (-UHT-), and Special Fluid (-SF-) compatibility. These are fully integrated into the system thus ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
 

Our standard heating systems have a range up to +95°C. Ultra High Temperature units (-UHT-) heat to +250°C. And we can specially design systems for temperatures over +250°C (-SF-).
